With all this wet weather we've had a quiet week and not been out in the Mountains. Have enjoyed the much needed break and it's given us the chance to catch up with the more mundane Admin side of things!!! One of the fruits of our labour is this little promo slide show which gives an idea of the adventures to be had in Munster...... Hope you like it.
Been getting out plenty in the Kayak over the last few days and have enjoyed some lovely evenings paddling round the beautiful rugged coast of East Cork...
We have a busy few weeks ahead with lots planned from Intro Rock Climbing Courses in both The Gap of Dunloe in Kerry and Knockadoon in East Cork to big Reeks Ridges and of course ascents of Corrán Tuathail.

July 29th: Intro Rock Course, Knockadoon, East Cork.
